• EveryPoint Logistics and EveryPoint Logistics Hudson operate solely as freight brokers and do not provide transportation services as motor carriers. Under no circumstances do they represent, warrant, or hold themselves out as carriers.
  • All charges will be invoiced in either US or Canadian funds at the clients request, determined while setting up account.
  • All freight is insured at two dollars per pound ($2.00/lbs), unless value clearly indicated on bill of lading.
  • EveryPoint Logistics is insured for a maximum of $500,000 CAD; all freight with higher value must be self insured by client or its agent. Any freight claim received by EveryPoint Logistics above that amount will be refused on presentation.
  • EveryPoint Logistics can offer third party insurance and will undertake to deliver a certificate of insurance to client upon request and acceptance of fees and understanding that EveryPoint is not insuring shipment, the purchased policy is the insurance with all it’s limitations.
  • Rates subject to reclassification by carrier based on commodity and commercial value.
  • Rates include waiting time loading or unloading cargo for 2 hours for FTL, 15 mins for LTL; lift-gate or power tailgate are not included unless specified upon confirmation and will incur extra charges.
  • Rates are based on present effective carrier’s tariffs and are subject to change without notice.
  • Rates are subject to equipment and space availability at the time of booking / movement.
  • Standard rates do not apply to dangerous goods, over-dimensional cargo, perishables or valuables unless otherwise specified.
  • Residential pick-ups or deliveries are not included unless otherwise specified and will incur extra charges.
  • Rates exclude duties, taxes and customs clearance.
  • Rates are based on the information provided and subject to confirmation at the time of booking/movement.
  • EveryPoint Logistics will not be responsible for any charges incurred from missed appointments unless client specifies reason(s) such as crane appointment, installers onsite, etc. at time of booking
  • Rates do not include storage and warehouse charges.
  • Rates exclude waiting lay over at pickup or delivery.
  • Rates may be subject to fuel surcharge fluctuation unless specified at time of confirmation.
    Booking a shipment with EveryPoint Logistics will constitute acceptance of these terms.
